Lawyer Prince Owusu Bonnah ,a philanthropist and an entrepreneur has supported hundreds of individuals living on the streets of Obuasi East by feeding them with packed foods.
The initiative which took place on New Year’s Day brought smiles to the faces of many who took the food.

Lawyer Prince Owusu Bonnah’s motivation for this initiative storms from a deep sense of duty to give back to the community.
He also expressed his desire to bring smiles to those who feel forgotten particularly those struggling to make ends meet.

The target of Prince Owusu Bonnah foundation for the new year is to train and empower youth in the Obuasi East and West municipality with vocational and other skills training such as beads making, apprenticeship, sewing and etc that will support their livelihoods.

The foundation will also target various CHIPS COMPOUND in the municipality by providing them with health equipment to aid them and patients who are unable to foot their bills. He added that the foundation has identified some schools with a project “Paint all our school” towards growth and sustainable development of education in the Obuasi municipality.

He therefore appealed to the Member of Parliament to support the youth by enrolling them in government entrepreneurship programs to curb the issue of unemployement, drug abuse and other related menace in the municipality.
