The Municipal chief Executive for Atwima Nwabiagya Municipality in the Ashanti Region, Hon. Wisdom Osei Boamah popularly known as “Okumkum” has appreciated the pivotal role played by security personnel, calling on Stakeholders’ support to augment government efforts.
He said the government had demonstrated its unwavering commitment to security through staffing, welfare, and logistics support rt Stakeholders call for collaboration.
According to Hon Wisdom Osei Boamah, no nation could be developed efficiently and effectively without security, and hence the humble appeal.
At the Atwima Division of the Ghana Police Services 2025 WASSA, an annual socialization aims at rewarding the staff, reviewing work done, and how best to improve upon it at Nkawie he hinted.
“I was impressed with the work rate of the security personnel and assured his support as well. “He added”
On his part the Chief Superintendent Mr Joshua Semanyo ( Atwima Divisional Commander), who also delivered DCOP Mr Osei Akoto Arthur(Ashanti Regional Commander of Ghana Police Services), hails the staff for their dedication, professionalism, and integrity to services.
He appreciated the love and support from the public as an appeal to the corporate institutions and individuals to come to their aid in terms of vehicles and motor bikes to improve security operations in the Atwima Nwabiagya Municipality, Atwima Mponua District, and some parts of Amansie West District at large
