Breaking Ground for Better Education: Afigya Kwabre North DCE Emmanuel Jackson Agumah Launches Kindergarten Project

The District Chief Executive of Afigya Kwabre North District, Hon. Emmanuel Jackson Agumah, has today cut sod for the construction of a 2-Kindergarten classroom block for Kyekyewere Community Basic School in the Afigya Kwabre District. 

Speaking at the short ceremony,  District Chief Executive, Hon. Emmanuel Jackson Agumah said the construction of these blocks is a vital conducive learning for the school children and these facilities will also help improve the educational infrastructure in the district and increase the number of enrolments and create a sound environment to facilitate effective teaching and learning in the community.

He emphasized that education is a key tool to every person and the development of the national. Hence, his commitment is to ensure the provision of quality education and accessible education to the constituency. As such, the provision of education at the basic and secondary levels will continue to be a topmost priority. 

According to him, the Assembly in collaboration with get fund is putting up a  school dormitory at Kyekyewere and will also construct a water closet and bathroom for Kyekyewere to ease the burden encompassing the community leaders.

Nana Kwabena Betwa, Kontihene of Kyekyewere was very delighted about the project ,saying that it would give access to numerous children who wish to enrol in the school but could not due to lack of facility.

He praised the NDC party for their enormous support towards development in Kyekyewere and also complemented the DCE for his infringe support towards infrastructure in the community. 

Nana Kwabena Betwa also promised the DCE of his administration’s continuous support of the facility to enhance teaching and learning in the school.

“We pray for long life, good health,, and growth towards your administration as a district Chief Executive for Afigya Kwabquotedrth District. ” He quoted.
