The District Chief Executive for Atwima Mponua District, Issahak Ibrahim, in partnership with the Ismat Foundation, has successfully sponsored the Atwima Mponua District Teacher Prize, an initiative aimed at recognising and celebrating the dedication, commitment, and impact of teachers across the district.
The event honoured fourteen (14) hardworking teachers for their outstanding service to education in the district. Awards were presented in three major competitive categories, while several other teachers received special recognition and consolation awards for their remarkable contributions to teaching and learning.

The initiative forms part of efforts to appreciate teachers who continue to play a vital role in shaping the future of young people and improving educational standards within the district.

Speaking on the initiative, representatives of the Ismat Foundation noted that teachers remain the backbone of national development, stressing that recognising and motivating them is an investment in the future of children and communities.
Organisers congratulated all award recipients and commended teachers across the Atwima Mponua District for their tireless dedication to nurturing and guiding the next generation of leaders.

They further reaffirmed their commitment to supporting initiatives that promote excellence in education and community development within the district and beyond.
