Monitoring YEA beneficiaries and assessing the one-year performance of Ayawaso West Municipal Director, Theophilus Kodzo Bedzrah.

The Ayawaso West Municipal Assembly has undertaken a monitoring exercise of beneficiaries under the Youth Employment Agency (YEA) programme while also assessing the one-year performance of the Municipal Director, Theophilus Kodzo Bedzrah.

The exercise forms part of ongoing efforts to evaluate the impact of government employment initiatives and ensure effective service delivery within the municipality. Officials engaged with beneficiaries to assess their progress, challenges, and contributions to their respective workplaces under the YEA programme.

The review also provided an opportunity to evaluate the leadership and achievements of Mr. Bedzrah since assuming office as Municipal Director. Key areas of focus included administrative efficiency, implementation of development projects, stakeholder engagement, and efforts aimed at improving the welfare of residents.

Speaking during the exercise, Mr Theophilus Bedzrah emphasized the importance of regular monitoring and performance assessments in strengthening accountability, enhancing productivity, and ensuring that development interventions deliver tangible benefits to the people of Ayawaso West.

The initiative reflects the Assembly’s commitment to promoting youth employment opportunities while advancing quality public service delivery across the municipality.
