Nante Yie Travel Advisory Unveils Early Accommodation and Transport Plans for World Cup 2026

Ms. Irene Coffie, CEO of Nante Yie Travel Advisory, has outlined early accommodation and transportation arrangements for operators managing supporter groups ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2026.

Speaking at a media launch, Ms. Coffie highlighted a sharp rise in travel-related costs, noting that accommodation and transport prices have nearly doubled compared to previous tournaments. She explained that her outfit has secured early bookings on rooms and buses to provide more affordable options for supporters and organizers before rates increase further.

She clarified that the company is not primarily offering full travel packages, but rather focusing on supplying accommodation and ground transportation to companies handling group travel. Prices for these services range from $4,000 to $7,000, excluding match tickets. However, she added that customized packages can be arranged for individuals upon request.

Ms. Coffie also detailed flexible options, including two-city and three-city arrangements, stressing that early reservations remain the most cost-effective strategy as demand intensifies closer to the tournament.

Touching on safety measures, she disclosed that designated monitors will be assigned to groups to ensure coordination and help locate any supporter who may go missing during transit. She further advised travelers to ensure their passports are properly stamped to avoid issues with authorities and to maintain travel flexibility.

According to her, accommodation bookings have been secured through the end of June, covering the initial phase of the tournament. Supporters who intend to stay beyond that period will need to make separate arrangements.

Ms. Coffie reiterated the importance of early planning, urging operators to take advantage of current rates before further price increases set in.
